Alfred Branch co-founded Moriah Real Estate Company in 2008 and serves as its President. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Trammell Crow Company, "TCC" in Oklahoma City. His responsibilities at TCC included the brokerage, property management and development operations for 150 employees and over 6 million square feet of property including the management of the corporate facilities for Kerr-McGee and Hertz corporations. During Mr. Branch's twelve-year tenure with TCC, he gained extensive experience in project leasing, investment acquisitions, dispositions and project management prior to his appointment to manage the operations. Mr. Branch also served as the Executive Vice President, Acting President and Chief Operating Officer at Oklahoma Christian University. Mr. Branch oversaw all day-to-day operations of the university including its annual $40mm budget. He also served as president of two of the university's subsidiary corporations that own manage and develop commercial and senior living real estate to support the university. He oversaw the development of more than $38 million in retail and multifamily housing projects. Mr. Branch is a 1984 graduate of Oklahoma Christian University and graduated with honors with an MBA at the University of Texas in Austin.

Tod Brown co-founded MREC in 2008 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Brown also co-founded MRI and Petroleum Strategies, Inc. MRI was formed in 1992 to acquire oil and natural gas reserves. Petroleum Strategies, Inc. was formed in 1991 to serve as a qualified intermediary in connection with the execution of Section 1031 transactions. The company has come to be recognized as the leader in industry facilitating $13 billion in real property transactions. Prior to co-founding MREC, Mr. Brown served as an Executive Pastor where he oversaw an annual $4mm budget and led a team to oversee an $8mm expansion project. Mr. Brown obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Abilene Christian University and was recently elected to ACU's Board of Trustees. Mr. Brown has been the principal force behind the $300mm of equity raised for the MREC ventures and is responsible for investor relations and financial analysis of the transaction deal flow.

Dale Brown is a Member of the board of Directors for Legacy Reserves, LLC., (NASDAQ: LGCY) and has served in such capacity since founding in October 2005. Mr. Brown has been President of Moriah Resources, Inc. since its inception in 1992 and President of Petroleum Strategies, Inc. since he co-founded it in 1991. He has been an independent oil producer and businessman with extensive experience in the oil industry, financial consulting, and real estate investment ventures. He currently serves as President of Petroleum Strategies, Inc., which provides consulting services and acts as Qualified Intermediary in Section 1031 Like-Kind Exchange transactions. The company has come to be recognized as the leader in the industry facilitating $15 billion in real property transactions. Mr. Brown is a retired certified public accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pepperdine University. As a principal of Moriah Investment Partners, together with Cary Brown, the two have invested more than $100mm in a variety of real estate projects across the Southwest.

Cary Brown is a member of the Board of Directors of the general partner of Legacy Reserves, LLC., (NASDAQ: LGCY) and previously served as its Chairman and CEO since its founding in October 2005. The company has come to be recognized as the leader in the industry facilitating $15 billion in real property transactions. Mr. Brown has a Bachelors of Business Administration, with honors, from Abilene Christian University. As principal of Moriah Investment Partners together with Dale Brown, MIP has invested more than $100 mm in real estate projects.

Will Lunsford joined the MREC team in August 2009. After graduating summa cum laude from Abilene Christian University, Will spent the first 20 years of his career in the financial services industry where he earned the financial planning designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP™), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). He also secured Series 6, 7, 9, 10, and 63 registrations from the NASD. Will was formerly affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services as a Branch Manager, and a member of their Executive Council. Will's experience serving the investing public make him a natural fit in his capital raise and investor relations duties for MREC.

Wes Gotcher joined MREC as the Director of Portfolio Operations in April 2011 and serves as Vice President of Asset Management and Brokerage Services. Since MREC Brokerage Services inception in 2013, Gotcher has totaled $47.6mm in lease/sale transactions. Wes gained experience in multifamily asset management with ERC Properties where he served as Regional Vice President and managed multifamily portfolios in Kansas, Missouri and Iowa. Gotcher later worked with the Trammell Crow Company in Oklahoma City as an Associate Broker and specialized in retail leasing and land sales. Wes holds a BBA in General Business, Pre-law from Oklahoma Christian University where he also was an honors graduate with an MBA specializing in Leadership & Organizational Development.

Brock Lytton joined the MREC team as the Director of Asset Management in May of 2016. Brock is responsible for the oversight of MREC's global multi-family portfolio as well as other designated projects. Previously Brock was the Director of Operations for Evans and Davis Attorneys in Edmond, OK where he was responsible for the financial as well as the personnel operations of the firm. Additionally, Brock was over the firm's real estate/property management branch which included managing their single family and commercial assets. Brock graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in Business Management as well as his MBA with an emphasis in Finance. Brock is also a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate for the state of Oklahoma.
